Hola, hola! Bonito Lunes e inicio de semana! Como ya todos saben (y si no, en que mundo viven?) ayer fue la Octogésima octava entrega de los "Oscars" y bueno, la verdad es que realmente tenía que hacer un post sobre este gran evento.
Vamos a empezar con el hecho más importante y del que todo el mundo está hablando...así es! Leonardo DiCaprio por fin ganó un Oscar y creo que, de hecho es una de las razones por las que muchas personas vieron estos premios, así que Felicitaciones Leo!
Hello Hello! Nice Monday and start of the week as well! As we all know (and if not, in what world do you live?) Yesterday was the 88th Academy awards ceremony aka Oscars, and well, the truth is I really had to make a post about this great event.
Let's start with the most important fact and that everyone is talking about ... so it is! Leonardo DiCaprio finally won an Oscar and I think that is one reason why many people watched these awards, so Congratulations Leo!
En una breve recapitulación, en caso de que no los hayas visto, C3PO, R2D2 & BB8 hicieron una pequeña aparición en el escenario (fue lo mejor!) y Jacob Tremblay nos causó una gran ternura al enseñar sus calcetines de Star Wars, por cierto, super cool!
In a brief recap, in case you didn't watch it, C3PO, R2D2 & BB8 made a brief appearance on stage (awesomeeeeee!) And Jacob Tremblay caused us great tenderness showing us his Star Wars socks, btw so cool!
Mad Max se llevó 6 premios, entre ellos, mejor edición, mejor maquillaje, y mejor vestuario, que aquí es donde debo intervenir y decir que no estoy totalmente de acuerdo con que se llevara este premio, y que por cierto causo un poco de polémica que Jenny Beavan, la diseñadora del vestuario recibiera su premio con un look desaliñado, sin embargo no fue razón para la gran falta de respeto por parte de los asistentes al no aplaudir a la ganadora e incluso hacer malas caras...cierto?
Mad Max got 6 awards, including best editing, best makeup and best costume, here is where I step in and say I'm not totally agree with this award, and certainly caused some controversy, Jenny Beavan, costume designer received her award wearing a messy look, however it was no reason for the lack of respect from the attendees to not applaud to the winner and even make some pouting, right?
En fin, como era de esperarse el premio a mejor director fue para Alejandro Iñarritu, y el premio para mejor fotografía fue para Emmanuel Lubezki "El Chivo", grandes talentos mexicanos! Felicitaciones!
Y ahora si, vamos a la parte buena, la parte que más nos interesa y por la que están aquí, los mejores looks de la noche, al menos los que a mi parecer fueron los mejores! Empezando por uno de mis 2 looks favoritos, y es Dorith Mous en este hermosísimo vestido negro, en serio quedé estupefacta al verla caminar por la alfombra roja, y es por eso que ella se lleva una estrellita.
Anyway, as it was expected, best director award went to Alejandro Iñarritu, and best photography award to Emmanuel Lubezki "El Chivo", great mexicans talents! So proud & Congratulations!
And now if we go to the good part, the part that interests us and why you are here, the best looks of the night, at least those who in my opinion were the best! Starting with one of my 2 favorite looks, and is Dorith Mous in this beautiful black dress, really I was shocked to see her walking in the red carpet, so pretty, so gorgeous, and that's why I give her a little star.

10.- Mi segunda estrellita es sin dudar, para Elizabeth Banks, ella lucía espectacular y el vestido era todo un sueño / My second star is for Elizabeth Banks, she was looking stunning, and that dress, O-M-G, a dream.
