Spoiler Alert ¡Hola! Hace unos días estuve en la ciudad de Guadalajara y tuve la oportunidad de visitar la exposición de "En casa con mis monstruos" de Guillermo del Toro.
Desde que esta exposición fue anunciada tenía la intención de asistir, y mis hermanas estaban igual o aún más entusiasmadas por ir. La exposición de Guillermo Del Toro se encuentra en el Museo de las Artes de la Universidad de Guadalajara (MUSA) y cuenta con más de 900 piezas de su colección personal, en donde no solo se encuentran piezas originales de sus películas, sino objetos coleccionables y de gran valor que él ha adquirido a lo largo de los años, de películas icónicas, que pertenecen al mundo cinematográfico y que han servido de inspiración, así como otras que nos muestran un poco de su proceso creativo.
Si tu planeas asistir, entonces dejar de "scrollear" porque aquí vas a encontrar un mega spoiler y un sin fin de fotografías que tomé, eso sí, te dejo algunas recomendaciones y cosas que debes tomar en cuenta antes de ir. La exposición por el momento solo será exhibida en la ciudad de Guadalajara, los boletos deben ser comprados con anticipación debido a la gran demanda que tiene, y se te asignará una fecha y hora exacta que deberás respetar. Mi hermana compró los boletos por internet y tiene un costo realmente barato, de $180, y digo que es realmente barato por todo el contenido de la exposición y la duración que es de 2 horas y media aproximadamente, así que no olvides llevar zapatos súper cómodos. Al lugar no puedes entrar con mochilas, bolsas de mano, lentes de sol, gorras, cámaras fotográficas, paraguas, en fin, te recomiendo llevar únicamente tu cartera y tu celular con la suficiente batería para toma fotos, porque créeme, tomarás muchísimas!
Las piezas que a continuación vas a ver están divididas en 8 salas: "Infancia e Inocencia", "Cuarto de Lluvia", "Victoriana", "Magia y ocultismo", "Cine, cómics y pop", "Frankenstein", "Los Otros/ Nosotros los Monstruos", "Muerte y más allá", y "Las libretas".

Si de verdad tienes oportunidad de asistir, te la recomiendo muchísimo! No hay comparación en ver las obras en vivo. La exposición estará únicamente hasta el 6 de Octubre y no será montada en ningún otro lado de México. Esta será la última vez que estas piezas se exhiban fuera de su casa-museo Bleak House en Californía. / I hope you liked this post!
